Alex is an undergraduate student from Malaysia pursuing a BS in Biology and Biotechnology. His research interests are in immunology and molecular biology, particularly in the context of the interaction between cells and viruses. He hopes to further explore his interests through studying bacteria and bacteriophages found in the vaginal microbiome.
